White Tea Drying

Drying of white tea is an important stage for white tea to remove excess water and improve aroma and taste. Through high temperature baking, the enzyme activity is destroyed, the enzymatic oxidation is terminated, and the color, aroma and taste quality formed before baking is fixed;

There are two methods of drying: Tea dryer and bamboo drying cage. Moderate baking index: The hand-twisted tea leaves are powdery, the stems are broken as soon as they are broken, and the water content is below 6%.

Small batches of tea can be dried using a rotary tea drying machine. The tea baking temperature is 80~110 degrees Celsius, the time is 10~20min, and the baking time is 2~3 times.

The tea intelligent tea dryer provided by our company can set the temperature and time according to the actual situation of the tea leaves, and the air is evenly discharged, and the heating is stable. When the set heating time is reached, the machine will automatically alarm and stop heating to prevent the tea leaves from being overheated and dangerous.

At the same time, the electric bamboo roasting cage can also dry the tea leaves that are already 90% dry in small batches. The tea leaves are re-dried.
