The third step: install the tea
Put the steamed tea leaves into a sewing cloth bag, wrap the mouth to make the shape, and set the basic shape of the pressed tea. Wrapping the mouth is a technical task. It is not a simple task to make tea cakes with a round cake shape, a moderate thickness, uniform thickness, and a beautiful appearance.
Step 4: Molding
After the bagged tea leaves are finished, they are placed in a mechanical pressing mold for pressing according to different requirements. According to different shapes of pressed tea, adjust the pressing pressure, time and frequency.
Step 5: Peel the cake
After cooling the pressed tea, it is peeled from the cloth bag and placed neatly on the tea rack.
Step 6: Drying
After the product is pressed into shape, it is generally placed on the tea rack to dry in the shade for 1-2 days, and then enter the dryer machine for low-temperature drying. The drying temperature is maintained below 40 degrees. The temperature and time depend on different products.
