The 5-Station Horizontal Pouch Packing Machine is a fully automatic horizontal packaging machine designed for prefabricated bags. It supports three types of bags: M-shaped gusset bags, flat pouches and zipper stand-up pouches. Bag dimension range:
- M pouch: W 80~140mm, L 150~320mm, side width 30~80mm
- Flat pouch: W 90~200mm, L 150~320mm
- Zipper pouch: W 120~200mm, L 150~320mm
Packing capacity covers 50–500 grams with an output of 10 to 20 bags per minute. Powered by 220V 50Hz, total power 3kW, working air pressure 0.6~0.7MPa, machine weight 900kg.
The machine realizes automatic bag fetching, electronic scale metering, material feeding, vacuum extraction, opening flattening and heat sealing. Controlled by microcomputer with touch screen operation. Bag holders and material channels are made of stainless steel to meet food hygiene standards. Combined oil-free vacuum pump and vacuum generator save space and respond quickly. Three sets of servo systems ensure accurate movement, long service life and low maintenance cost.
It is suitable for black tea, green tea, white tea, Pu'er tea and other granular materials, widely applied in tea and food industries. Optional accessories: date printing device, customized multi-head weigher, feeding elevator, finished bag conveyor.
Compatible packaging films: PP/PE, AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, NY/reinforced PE, Paper/PE and other composite packaging materials.
