The DQM-150 features a robust 110L inner and outer 304 stainless steel tank powered by an 11kw pure copper core reduction motor. Steaming 91kg fresh tea leaves, green tea steaming time about 6 minutes, so 1 hour can process 10 times, each time process weight about 9.1kg.
We recomend you choose 1 set DL-6CST-90 steaming machine ( this machine can put 10kg leaves per time ).
After steaming, the tea leaves water content drop to 60%, total weight about 82kg.

| Step 3 : Tea leaf rolling process |
Rolling 82kg tea leaves, green tea rolling time need about 30 minutes, so 1 hour can rolling 2 times, each time process weight about 41kg.
Usually, you need use 1 set DL-6CRT-65 tea roller ( it can put 40kg leaves per time ) or 2 sets DL-6CRT-55 tea roller ( it can put 25kg leaves per time ).
However, for small quantities of green tea, we recommend the use of medium and small-sized tea rolling machines, so we recomend you use 5 sets DL-6CRT-40 tea rolling machine ( it can put 8.5 kg tea leaves per time ).
After rolling, the water content of the leaves are not change, so the total weight of the leaves is about 80kg.

Rolling barrel diameter is 40cm, rolling time about 30 minutes, press and roll for 10 minutes, loosen and roll for 5 minutes, and repeat it until the end of time. |

Drying 80kg tea leaves, our tea leaf drying machine, 1m² area can put about 15kg tea leaf
We recomend you use DL-6CHZ-5 tea leaf dryer, the machine have 6m² drying area.
After drying, the water content drop to 5%, you can get about 25kg freshed tea.

Drying area is 6m², drying time about 2 hours, drying temperature about 75℃ - 100℃, until the water content of the leaf drop 5%, easy to store. |
