1. Picking the tea leaves
The preparation of raw tea materials is the most important step in the production of finished green tea. This kind of tea is suitable for collecting the fresh buds and leaves of large-leaf tea, and when collecting the buds and leaves of tea trees, it must be done in a purely manual way. Mastering its correct picking method is the only way to collect high-quality tea raw materials.
2. Withering and fixation
After the tea leaves are picked, they should be spread out as soon as possible, and placed in a cool and ventilated place to speed up the volatilization of the moisture contained in them. After the fresh tea leaves are slowly softened, the next step can be carried out. After the tea has completed the withering, it can enter the process of low-temperature fixation. Tea leaves could be fixing in the tea fixation pot for frying or fixation in the tea fixation machine.
