At present, tea is divided into six categories: black(red), green tea, Oolong tea, yellow tea, post-fermented (Dark) and white
1. Black(red) tea
Black tea is the opposite of green tea. It is a fully fermented tea (with a degree of fermentation greater than 80%). The name of black tea is derived from its red soup.
2. Green tea
Green tea is tea that is not fermented, that is, fresh leaves are spread and dried directly in a hot pot of one to two hundred degrees to fry to maintain its green characteristics.
3. Oolong tea
Oolong tea is a type of semi-fermented tea between red and green tea. Oolong tea is the most complicated and time-consuming process among the six types of tea, and the brewing method is also the most particular, so drinking oolong tea is also known as drinking Gongfu tea.
4. Yellow tea
The famous Junshan Yinzhen tea belongs to yellow tea. The preparation method of yellow tea is a bit like green tea, but it takes three days of suffocation in the middle;
5. Post-fermented (Dark)
Originally, dark black tea was mainly sold in the border areas, and Yunnan Pu'er tea was one of them. Pu'er tea is made by pouring water on the green tea that has been made, and then fermenting it. Pu'er tea has the effects of lowering fat, weight loss and blood pressure, and is very popular in Southeast Asia and Japan. But when it comes to weight loss, the most significant effect is Oolong tea.
6. White tea
White tea is basically made by the sun. The appearance, aroma and taste of white tea and yellow tea are very good.
They have different degrees of fermentation due to the production process. So it presents different tea forms.
