How to choose the location of tea factory?

2021-04-22 17:40:37

The location of the primary tea factory should be comprehensively considered in terms of transportation, water sources, environment, employment, raw materials, and topography. Before building a factory, the surrounding environment and geology should be investigated, and topographical maps of surrounding rivers, tea gardens, tea factories, residential areas, and roads should be drawn. Understand the rainfall and wind direction of the tea season in the meteorological data.

(1) Location: The primary tea factory should be close to main tea gardens and residential areas, which is convenient for fresh leaf transportation and labor deployment. However, we must try our best to avoid the pollution of residential areas to tea gardens, and prevent the pollution of residential areas and tea gardens by smoke and dust.

(2) Transportation: The primary manufacturing plant should be built near the road to facilitate the transportation of raw materials, machinery, construction materials and production materials, as well as the dispatch and transportation of products, and facilitate the movement of personnel.

(3) Appropriate topography: The topography of the plant site should be relatively high, mainly to control the groundwater level and keep the processing plant dry. Prevent the plant from flooding. Clean production requires frequent cleaning of plant floors and machine working surfaces, so there must be a clean water source near the primary production plant.
