Revolutionize Tea Processing: Introducing the DQM-150 Continuous Matcha Ball Mill

As the global demand for high-quality matcha and specialty tea powders continues to rise, manufacturers require equipment that delivers both exceptional fineness and high-volume efficiency. To meet these industry needs, we are proud to introduce the DQM-150 Continuous Tea Ball Mill.

Engineered specifically for the superfine grinding of a wide variety of teas—including matcha, green tea, black tea, oolong tea, white tea, yellow tea, and dark tea—this machine is set to transform how commercial tea processing operates .

Why Choose the Continuous DQM-150 Over Traditional Mills?

Traditional batch ball mills require operators to completely stop the machine to unload the finished powder and reload new raw materials, which is highly time-consuming. The new DQM-150 solves this with a groundbreaking continuous operation design:

  • Uninterrupted Production: You can feed materials and collect powder continuously without ever stopping the machine.

  • Massive Efficiency Boost: This continuous workflow increases grinding efficiency by over ten times compared to older methods.

  • High Yield: It comfortably produces between 15 to 30 kg of tea powder per hour.

Achieve Superfine 2500 Mesh Quality

When it comes to high-grade matcha, fineness is everything. The DQM-150 utilizes closed friction crushing with food-grade 95% zirconia beads.

  • Safer & Finer: Unlike traditional alumina beads which can pose heavy metal pollution risks and yield coarser results, small zirconia beads are highly food-safe and capable of grinding tea down to an incredibly fine 2500 mesh.

  • Magnetic Filtering: To further guarantee purity, the powder outlet can be equipped with a magnet to absorb any microscopic metal impurities before the product is finalized.

Advanced Water-Cooling: Locking in Color and Aroma

Grinding creates friction, and friction creates heat—which is the enemy of fresh tea. To prevent the powder from losing its vibrant color and natural aroma, the DQM-150 features an advanced low-temperature locking system.

  • Tri-Layer Stainless Steel: The 110L 304 stainless steel main tank features three layers: an inner grinding layer, a middle water-cooling layer, and an outer protective layer .

  • Dedicated Chiller Unit: Equipped with an XC-8HP water chiller, the cooling water ($5-20^{circ}C$ adjustable) circulates continuously around the grinding chamber.

  • Perfect Output Temperature: This system keeps the exiting tea powder at a low temperature of around $40^{circ}C$ (close to human body temperature, not hot to the touch), ensuring the volatile aromatics and vivid colors of the tea are perfectly preserved.

Fully Automated Feeding System

Automated Feeding System

Labor reduction is another massive advantage of this system. It comes standard with the HF-01 Automatic Feeder.

  • High Capacity: It features a 60L capacity loading hopper, allowing operators to dump large batches of raw leaves at once and leave it running unattended.

  • Adjustable Conveyor: Driven by a flexible screw conveyor inside a food-grade wire tube, the feeding speed is fully adjustable from 0 to 300 r/min, matching your exact production pace.

Reliability You Can Trust

Powered by a robust 11kw pure copper core motor, the machine provides consistent, highly efficient power without struggling under heavy loads. Furthermore, the equipment holds a CE certification, ensuring it meets strict international safety standards.
